FitzGerald was selected as the architect of record for CB2’s 37,000-square-foot corporate office, designed to reflect the retailer’s modern and dynamic brand identity. The open office plan, complemented by a mezzanine level, incorporates a variety of flexible spaces tailored to foster collaboration, creativity, and productivity. Key features include hoteling desks for flexible work arrangements, thoughtfully designed collaboration areas, comfortable lounge spaces, fully equipped conference rooms, a vibrant break room, and a showroom/merchandising area that showcases CB2’s signature style.

This workspace was designed with adaptability in mind, creating an environment that supports the evolving needs of the team while reinforcing the CB2 brand experience for employees and visitors alike.
