Designed for Chicago’s booming Fulton Market district, this new 11-story, 375,000-square-foot office building will integrate with an adjacent historic 105,000-square-foot heavy timber loft building, which will be converted from its current residential use into commercial space.

Design elements are crafted to relate to and reinterpret the structure and materiality of the brick loft building while increasing the site’s density with an upper volume of glass and metal panels that express its structure and create large, open, daylit interior floor plates ideal for today’s workplace designs.
