When Chewy identified the need to expand their operations, they turned to FitzGerald to design an additional 25,000 square feet of office space within their existing facility. Through the design process, FitzGerald collaborated with Chewy to determine that repositioning their entire 75,000-square-foot presence across three floors would optimize functionality and better support their team’s needs.

FitzGerald’s designers worked closely with Chewy’s end users to create dynamic and functional spaces tailored to collaborative design work, individual workstations, and engaging amenities for both humans and pets. Key features include a comprehensive conference suite, soundproof phone booths, and custom brand touches such as curated product displays and vibrant wall graphics that reflect Chewy’s identity and culture.
