FitzGerald designed this conversion of 188,000 square feet of existing high-bay crane industrial buildings into a cutting-edge commercial office complex. The buildings’ high ceilings and clerestory windows allowed the design team to create multi-tiered office spaces with bright, airy mezzanines.

In total, the buildings provide 135,000 square feet of leasable multitenant office space. Given the large footprint and perimeter, dedicated entrances were established for each tenant while spaces remain connected at the core—creating a shared link for mechanical systems and access to the facility’s 7,500 square feet of amenities. Building amenities include indoor secure parking with a bicycle room, a fully-equipped fitness center, a golf simulator, and a rooftop amenity deck.
