Prescott Valley Senior Living is a three-story, 120-unit senior living facility made up of 104 Assisted Living and 16 Memory Care residences. Inside the building, common areas will include a lobby with reception lounge, several multipurpose gathering spaces, and a variety of rooms that will be customized to suit current programmatic and care-related needs while remaining flexible for future changes as the need arises. Outside, the grounds will feature a central landscaped courtyard with exterior dining and amenities, as well as a private and secure memory care courtyard accessed from the related wing of the building.
