Building on the success of Artis Senior Living’s vertical urban development in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood, FitzGerald collaborated with Artis’ development team to design a three-story memory care facility in Wilmette, one of Chicago’s prestigious North Shore suburbs. The building is thoughtfully designed to complement the character of downtown Wilmette while providing residents with comfortable living spaces, dining facilities, and inviting common areas, including a second-floor outdoor garden and patio.
