FitzGerald designed this new five-story facility featuring 140 units, including 96 memory care units and 44 assisted living units, for Artis Senior Living’s first Chicago development. As the operator’s inaugural project in an urban setting, the building incorporates a range of amenities to meet residents' needs and enhance their quality of life.

The facility includes management offices, a physical rehabilitation space, family rooms, dining rooms, a commercial kitchen, a community center, a health center, laundry facilities, and other essential service areas.
