Located adjacent to Randhurst Village— a vibrant, open-air mixed-use center transformed from an underutilized indoor mall—Kenzie offers convenient access to various shops and restaurants.

The building features a range of one- and two-bedroom floor plans, complemented by flexible amenities that cater to casual gatherings, family activities, community programming, and quiet reflection. These include a community room with a kitchen, fitness center, library, game room, theater, craft room, and an outdoor patio. FitzGerald collaborated with the Kensington development team to secure 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) through the Illinois Housing Development Authority.
