FitzGerald developed a multifamily design strategy for a site overlooking the Fox River, engaging with an adjacent marina. Following a “Texas wrap” model, the building features five stories of wood-frame construction surrounding a precast parking deck. The layout of the building maximizes views and fosters a strong connection between the residents and the river.
