FitzGerald, in partnership with Remiger Design, designed The Flats at Dorsett Ridge for Pier Property Group. This four-story, 214-unit new construction project brings contemporary residences to Maryland Heights, a suburb of St. Louis, MO.

This 236,000-square-foot building features studio to three-bedroom apartments and luxury amenities, including a resort-style landscaped courtyard with a pool, sundeck, grilling stations, and a gaming area. Adjacent to the courtyard, indoor amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center with a yoga and cycling room, a dog park and pet spa, a modern clubhouse with a game room and golf simulator, a party kitchen, lounge and media spaces, and a co-working business center.

Built into a sloping site, the building’s massing creates an elegant drop-off court facing the street and conceals a 315-car parking deck at the rear of the property.
