This project was a preliminary site development study for a continuing care senior rental community for a national senior housing developer. It consisted of 100 independent living apartments, 90 assisted living apartments, and 45 memory care apartments.

Designed as two separate “U”- shaped wings linked by a common amenity building, the project provided distinct services for each resident group while sharing the efficiency of common support and service areas.
