FitzGerald helped to guide a lengthy community Charette process involving planning, architecture as well as economic and financial analysis to determine a strategy for the redevelopment of a significant and beloved site along the Fox River.

Comprised of 120 apartments and townhomes, as well as street facing retail, the project engages the river with publicly accessible waterfront paths, and creates a visual gateway and plaza that maintains an important view corridor for the community.
