Anchoring the north side of the Zocalo in San Antonio’s catalytic new park at Hemisfair, Santa Rita is a 300-unit apartment building with an adjacent restaurant pavilion that creates a striking backdrop for this new civic space. A podium with 20,000 sf of retail space and over 600 parking spaces is lined by park-facing apartments, each with generous outdoor terraces that engage the residents with park activities.

Eight stories of apartments rise above the podium’s spacious amenity and pool deck. The architecture is thoughtfully anchored to the park, engaging the pedestrian Paseo that links the park to San Antonio’s Riverwalk and Alamo District to the north. Additionally,  the residential lobby and vehicular motor court establish a gracious and safe drop-off point for visitors to the park, restaurants, and residents alike.
