FitzGerald’s designers infused the building with artistic elements reflecting various art forms. In the corridors, the literary arts come to life with a custom mural showcasing the book bindings of famous authors. Public spaces celebrate theater and music, featuring caged light fixtures that evoke a theater's backstage, wallcoverings reminiscent of stacked amps, and tie-dye-inspired carpet tiles as a nod to the neighborhood’s artistic heyday.

The crown jewel of the building is the penthouse amenity space, offering a private kitchen, soaring ceilings, and an 18-foot fireplace framed with sculpted tile and a marble mantle. This thoughtfully designed space provides a luxurious retreat with style and elegance, perfectly complementing the artistic spirit of Old Town.
