In alignment with our client’s mission to acquire, rehabilitate, and permanently preserve “at-risk” affordable housing, FitzGerald has conducted property evaluations and measurements, performed site surveys and conditions assessments, developed plans for phased or turnkey renovations, and provided construction administration services.
