This townhome development spans approximately four square blocks of former industrial land along the east bank of the Chicago River.

The project includes a one-acre park, affordable units, and an expansive riverwalk with landscaped pathways connecting to other nearby developments. Affordable units are situated in three-flat buildings at the ends of most townhouse blocks, designed to blend seamlessly with the other residences on the site.

The riverwalk at River Village extends the pathway between Ohio and Grand Avenues, initially established by FitzGerald in the firm’s River Bank Lofts project. Subsequent developers have continued the riverwalk, reflecting a shared commitment to integrating new developments with Chicago's underutilized waterfront.
