For the final component of the University Village plan, FitzGerald designed three distinct townhome offerings under the UV Row Homes: the Rose Garden Townhomes, South Garden Townhomes, and 14th Place. Each building includes 20 residences featuring modern amenities, brick and masonry exteriors, three or four bedrooms, and either 2.5 or 3.5 bathrooms.
