Senior Associate
Ryan Tapak
Ryan is a licensed architect and both NCARB- and CDT-certified. He is very detail-oriented, hard-working, and pleasant to work with—with no ego or agenda yet has clear opinions. This enables project managers to be confident that if Ryan is working on it, it will get done and done well and has driven him to successfully provide a large amount of responsibility here at FitzGerald.
He has contributed to several project types including workplace (1315 N North Branch), recreational (First Ascent Climbing and Fitness), and multifamily (727 W Madison, Oak Park Station, Superior House, Foxford Station, and—most recently—Artisan | Circle Square.) Ryan has a Bachelor of Architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology and has his Architectural Registration in the State of Illinois. He is a member of American Institute of Architects (AIA) and Construction Specifications Institute (CSI).
