Keith (Shingkin) Lee
With exceptional talent and analytical expertise, Keith excels in the design and execution of a wide range of projects, from large-scale urban mixed-use developments to affordable senior living. His proven ability to develop early conceptual studies and lead design presentations has allowed him to guide projects from inception to completion. Currently involved in projects across the country, Keith is recognized for his thoughtful design critiques and guidance. As a Managing Associate, he is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of designers, helping them navigate the complexities of the design process.
Keith brings a global perspective to his work, shaped by his experiences growing up in Hong Kong and living across several major U.S. cities, including New York, Boston, and San Francisco, before settling in Chicago in 2013. Keith is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, traveling, watching movies and anime, and spending quality time with family and friends. His ideal getaway involves relaxing on a beach with a sunset view, which is what he misses most from his time in California.
