Aimée Magis
Managing Associate
A respected leader and role model in project management, Aimée is known for her ability to navigate complex challenges with skill and resilience. She successfully guided Foundry, an award-winning high-rise multifamily building, through pandemic-related supply chain disruptions. Other career highlights include extensive experience in mid-rise and high-rise multifamily buildings (Midtown Square, CA3, 851 W. Grand), senior housing projects [Artis Senior Living Lakeview and Wilmette], and tenant improvement buildouts (Chewy Headquarters Boston). Aimée has extensive expertise in Code compliance, with a particular focus on accessibility codes, ensuring that her projects embody both elegance, design finesse, and functionality. She also leads the firm’s project management training initiatives.
Committed to a collaborative approach, Aimée mentors her team while proactively managing client, project, and cost expectations and addressing challenges. She passionately champions her team's successes and is the true embodiment of our FitzGerald culture, fostering teamwork, camaraderie, and laughter heard throughout the office.
Aimée values the importance of family and friends and enjoys road trips across the country and beyond to explore mountains, waterfalls, unmarked trails, wineries, and breweries. For Aimée, life deserves a movie soundtrack, and while there's not always one playing, she readily takes over the music at family/friend gatherings and office celebrations. “My guilty pleasures are fried cheese curds with ranch and THE Green Bay Packers. That’s right, I said it and I’m proud to be from Illinois cheering on THE championship team.”
