Bradley Schlosser
Associate Principal
Bradley brings 24 years of architectural experience, 11 with FitzGerald. He is the go-to project manager for all things multifamily, mixed-use, affordable housing and complex projects. With over 4,400 units in his portfolio—2,500 of which are affordable housing—he is an expert in both design and approval processes, budgeting and schedules, as well as subconsultant prioritization. Bradley is revered as being highly organized, extremely quick to respond, level-headed, and is always looking for ways to incorporate new technology for the betterment of his teams and projects. He has supported clients in major metropolitan areas in the Central, South, and Eastern United States.
Bradley was an indispensable component of the recently completed high-rise in Chicago’s River North/West Loop Fulton Market district, The Westerly. Navigating complex budget issues, market changing financing and increasing construction prices, Bradley still made The Westerly a huge success. In addition to contributing to the success of several of the firm’s projects across a variety of sectors, Bradley is a noted resource for technology implementation and consistently works to keep FitzGerald on the cutting edge of drafting, modeling, rendering, and productivity technologies. He contributed to our implementation of new technology and introduced the firm to Teams in 2019 that made it possible for FitzGerald to work nationally with ease.
Bradley is passionate about adventure and entertainment. He enjoys snowboarding, golfing, taking multi-day trips on his motorcycle, as well as tinkering with technology and DJing, including live-streamed DJ sets for fundraising activities as part of FitzGerald’s “FitzCares” initiative.
