From design and approval to budgeting, schedules, and subconsultant management, Bradley’s meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills guarantee smooth and effective project execution. A prime example of his expertise is The Westerly in Chicago’s River West neighborhood, where he expertly navigated challenges related to budget, financing, and rising construction costs.

When he is not testing out the latest technology, Bradley is embracing his love for adventure and travel. Whether it is taking multi-day motorcycle road trips or exploring the world with his wife, he always makes time for active pursuits, from snowboarding to golfing. Bradley also hosts DJ sets, some of which have been streamed to raise funds for FitzGerald’s “FitzCares” initiative.
