With over 20 years of architectural experience, Bradley is our go-to expert for multifamily, mixed-use, and affordable housing projects. His portfolio includes more than 4,400 units, with 2,500 dedicated to affordable housing, giving him the depth of expertise to ensure consistency and predictability across complex projects. From design and approval to budgeting, schedules, and subconsultant management, Bradley’s meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills guarantee smooth and effective project execution. A prime example of his expertise is The Westerly in Chicago’s River West neighborhood, where he expertly navigated challenges related to budget, financing, and rising construction costs.
Bradley's passion for technology keeps FitzGerald at the forefront of industry advancements, enabling our projects and team to operate smoothly and efficiently. Our adoption and effective use of new drafting, modeling, rendering and productivity tools have benefited our customers and our team members alike, strengthening FitzGerald's presence nationwide.
When he is not testing out the latest technology, Bradley is embracing his love for adventure and travel. Whether it is taking multi-day motorcycle road trips or exploring the world with his wife, he always makes time for active pursuits, from snowboarding to golfing. Bradley also hosts DJ sets, some of which have been streamed to raise funds for FitzGerald’s “FitzCares” initiative.
