The Kingsbury Plaza 8th Floor Amenity Renovation redefines luxury living through the thoughtful transformation of this 47-story residential tower. This non-structural renovation focused on elevating the building’s communal spaces,  enhancing residents’ daily living experience. The project included the strategic removal of six residential units to expand and upgrade the amenity offerings. Key features of the renovation include a significantly expanded fitness center, now featuring a dedicated yoga room with stunning views of the Chicago River, as well as a larger cardio and weight training area.

A new business center meets remote work needs, while a fully equipped catering kitchen supports resident events and gatherings. The rentable party room was also expanded, providing a more spacious and versatile environment for hosting larger events. Additionally, upgrades to the restroom and shower facilities introduced luxurious saunas, adding to the suite of wellness amenities available to residents. This renovation ensures that Kingsbury Plaza continues to set a high standard for comfort and convenience in modern urban living.
