North+Vine is inspired by its neighborhood, Old Town, which is a hub for creative professionals and renowned for the performing arts. FitzGerald’s designers thoughtfully incorporated elements from various art forms into the building’s details. The corridors celebrate the literary arts with a custom mural showcasing book bindings from some of history’s most famous authors. Public spaces reflect theater and musical arts, featuring caged light fixtures that evoke the backstage of a theater, wallcoverings resembling stacked amplifiers, and tie-dye-inspired carpet tiles—a nod to the neighborhood’s cultural heyday.

The jewel of the building is the penthouse amenity space. This luxurious area includes a private kitchen, expansive ceilings, and an 18-foot-high fireplace adorned with sculpted tile and a marble mantel. The design combines modern sophistication with artistic flair, creating a space that epitomizes the building’s creative spirit.
