Lofts at 1800

Chicago, Illinois

FitzGerald Associates Architects designed the conversion of two industrial buildings into one full-service residential condominium building. The buildings offer sophisticated loft-style living amid the eclectic, small-town charm and big-city excitement of North Center. Residents of the Lofts can take advantage of the rooftop deck and patio areas, which provide unobstructed views of the Chicago skyline. Other attractive features include an on-site fitness room and private parking. These desirable condominiums feature expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, soaring ceiling heights of up to 16 feet, exposed timber beams and concrete columns, and solid oak hardwood floors as key design elements.
