Milanko Milesic
Senior Associate
Milanko is a seasoned project architect with extensive professional experience. Since joining FitzGerald in 2015, he has played a key role in leading the development of project documentation for some of FitzGerald’s most prominent multifamily projects, including 3-Eleven, Spoke, and X Phoenix. His broad understanding of building science, envelope and construction assemblies, and sustainable design practices allows him to provide functional solutions to clients while preserving the design intent throughout the project delivery process. Milanko is an integral part of FitzGerald’s BIM and Sustainability committees.
A builder and tinkerer at heart, Milanko enjoys getting his hands dirty, having constructed everything from coffee tables to decks and garden sheds. He has also contributed to larger projects, including the construction of a chapel and a Habitat for Humanity home. When not working on DIY projects, Milanko enjoys playing tennis, golf, and being outdoors.
