With FitzGerald, Lisa will build and nurture prospective and existing client relationships, drive strategies to maximize the firm’s competitive position, and join our team of seller-doers in sector market planning, pursuit coordination, and participation in industry organizations and events. Lisa is certified by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) as a Certified Marketing Professional (CMP) and a Master in Residential Marketing (MIRM). She adds her insight and experience after serving on various councils for NAHB, Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA), Home Builders Association (HBA) of Metro Denver, Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) of Houston and Denver, NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association (Denver and Austin) and the Urban Land Institute (Colorado, Austin, Houston and Dallas/Fort Worth). Lisa is a proud Alabamian by birth, an avid traveler, and her life’s journey has led her to enjoy living in various cities and climates—now hailing from Colorado after several years living in Texas. Everywhere she goes, she creates lasting memories and relationships along the way. She is a proud mother of three (plus her dogs), an avid gardener, and loves to cook.
