Eric has extensive experience in leading teams on high-profile projects in multifamily, senior living, office, and retail sectors. Our clients value his level-headed approach to project scheduling and production where he helps avoid surprises and maintain tight controls on schedule and budget. He has a keen eye for detail and extensive knowledge of materials and construction methods.

He has honed his technical skill through involvement with the Construction Specifications Institute and the Building Enclosure Council and serves as a mentor for staff throughout the studio. Recently, Eric has led project teams for Artis Senior Living facilities in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood and in Wilmette, Milieu Apartments in the West Loop, and Kenzie Senior Residences in Mount Prospect.

Eric will expand his leadership across the office as a technical resource and spec writer. He thoughtfully considers design intent and construction methods that enhance building design. Eric brings welcome advice that is sought after throughout our projects.
