FitzGerald was retained to design plans for site improvements, signage, and façade studies for this 180,000-square-foot shopping center following its acquisition by new ownership.

Due to limited visibility from nearby roadways, FitzGerald designed new tenant pylon signage for entrances and wayfinding kiosks for pedestrian spaces. Efforts were also made to improve the appearance of service areas throughout the facility, activate the central oval plaza, and reconfigure six existing monument signs.

FitzGerald also worked closely with the owner to prepare high-quality presentation materials suitable for distribution as the ownership group sought new tenants.
